Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Highland). They took down the Lancaster Eagles 73-58 on Monday. The victory was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on three straight.

Defeat or not, Lancaster got some senior leadership from Keelan Benjamin and Shondra Henderson. Benjamin posted 23 points, while Henderson earned 19 points. Benjamin's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Highland's win bumped their record up to 12-14. As for Lancaster, they dropped their record down to 9-18 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Highland wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 71-38 victory against Palmdale on the 5th. As for Lancaster, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 72-40 win against Antelope Valley on the 5th.
