Meanwhile, Stephenson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They lost 10-0 to Riverdale. Having soared to a lofty 14 runs in the game before, the Jaguars' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.
Luella pushed their record up to 8-4 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Stephenson, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
