For Mountainburg's part, Levi Cowett made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only one hit while striking out ten over four innings pitched. Cowett has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive pitching appearances. Cowett was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.
In other batting news, Caedmon Cowett was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2. Ryan Allen was another key contributor, scoring three runs and stealing two bases.
