Allendale-Fairfax meant business on Wednesday, getting buckets from all over the court against a Red Raiders squad that has allowed just 27.09 points per contest. Allendale-Fairfax secured a 56-52 W over the Red Raiders.
Bridges Prep has not had quite the year their fans were hoping for to this point, but back-to-back wins may be a sign of good things to come. They breezed by Royal Live Oaks Academy at home to the tune of 53-4 on Friday.
Bridges Prep found their leader in underclassman Makayla Lapp, who scored 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Raelynn Reeves, who scored ten points.
Allendale-Fairfax's win bumped their record up to 14-1. As for Bridges Prep, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-10.
Everything came up roses for Allendale-Fairfax against the Buccaneers in their previous meeting back in January as the team secured a 82-26 victory. With Allendale-Fairfax ahead 56-16 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
