Make it six blowout wins for the Bolton Bulldogs this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat Stafford 46-19 at home. The team ran away with 34 points in the first half and mostly just sat on those to pick up the win.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bolton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Makenna Graves, who scored 18 points along with five rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Alyssa Diehl, who scored 14 points along with six steals.
Bolton's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-4. As for Stafford, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bolton will take on the Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Stafford, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against the Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on February 6th. Suffield presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Bulldogs in Connecticut (the Wildcats are ranked 31st, while the Bulldogs are ranked 156th).
