On Friday Sanford take on Deering at 7:00 PM. Sanford are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the match prepared for a fight.
Sanford might be getting used to good results now that the team have four wins in a row. They put a hurting on Massabesic to the tune of 47-6. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 40-0.
Meanwhile, after having lost a blowout in their game two weeks ago against Bonny Eagle, Deering were happy to find some success last Friday. Deering secured a 13-7 W over South Portland.
Their wins bumped Sanford to 4-2 and Deering to 3-5. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when Sanford and Deering clash.
