Dollar Bay had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.9 points) and they went ahead and made it nine on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Chassell Panthers 71-36. The Bays have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Caleb Kentala continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 8-for-14 to rack up 17 points along with seven steals and five assists. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Liam Tourtillott, who went 8-for-18 en route to 20 points and six boards.

Dollar Bay smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That's a new trend for them: they were averaging 7 offensive boards per game earlier this season, but in their last 15 games they've averaged 12.8.

Dollar Bay's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.4 points over those games. As for Chassell, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-19 record this season.

Dollar Bay will challenge Baraga at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Baraga is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.7 points per game this season. Chassell does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
