Mortimer Jordan will take on Center Point in each of the teams' third playoff contest on Friday. Mortimer Jordan is currently enjoying a nine-game winning streak and is looking to extend their dominance.
The Blue Devils entered their game last Friday as the heavy favorite, and they fully lived up to expectations. They were fully in charge, breezing past Guntersville 56-21. Kourtlan Marsh went supernova for Mortimer Jordan as he rushed for 140 yards and five TDs on 16 carries. Marsh has now produced at least one touchdown in the past 12 games.
Meanwhile, Center Point earned some more postseason success in their matchup last week. They strolled past Scottsboro with points to spare, taking the matchup 26-10. The team accrued the bulk of their points in the first half (20) and coasted on those for the win.
