Beekmantown and Northern Adirondack are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2015, but not for long. The Beekmantown Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Northern Adirondack Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Beekmantown is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.
Last Thursday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Beekmantown beat Saranac Lake 45-41. Despite the win, that was the fewest points Beekmantown has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Northern Adirondack earned a 58-50 win over Northeastern Clinton on Friday.
Beekmantown has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Northern Adirondack, their victory bumped their record up to 10-5.
Beekmantown beat Northern Adirondack 53-46 in their previous matchup back in February of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Beekmantown since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
