With a playoff game on the line, the Archbishop Alter Knights rose to the challenge on Friday. They really took it to the Big Red for the full four quarters, racking up a 48-0 victory on the road. The win was nothing new for Archbishop Alter as they're now sitting on seven straight.
Archbishop Alter is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. As for Steubenville, their loss ended a 12-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 13-2.
Archbishop Alter will head out on the road to face off against Glenville at 7:30 p.m. on December 2nd. Glenville is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Steubenville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
