Volleyball Recap: Pescadero Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Pescadero had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Mid-Peninsula Dragons. The game was the first time the Vikings have beaten the Dragons on their court since September 14, 2021.

While Pescadero won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 25-17, 25-20.

Pescadero's victory bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Mid-Peninsula, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Pescadero is set to take on their familiar foe KIPP Esperanza at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Mid-Peninsula will challenge rival Summit Preparatory at 6:30 p.m. on the 30th.
