Upper Dauphin Area came within a touchdown against Halifax last Friday, but wound up with a 28-41 loss. Upper Dauphin Area's defeat came about despite a quality game from junior Macklin Ayers, who rushed for 87 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Millersburg lost to Pine Grove, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 8-48. Millersburg were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-34.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the win. The Upper Dauphin Area defense had it out for the quarterback last game and accrued 5 sacks, so hopefully Millersburg's offensive line has put in some good practice this past week in preparation for the match.
