Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Palmetto Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cokey Suddeth, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 14 rebounds. Suddeth is absolutely dominating the point category: she's posted at least 15 every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Avery Clark, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.
Meanwhile, Northside Christian Academy didn't have too much trouble with Greenwood Christian on the road on Friday as they won 39-21. The victory was just what Northside Christian Academy needed coming off of a 49-28 loss in their prior contest.
Palmetto Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a massive bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Northside Christian Academy, they pushed their record up to 10-5 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.
Palmetto Christian Academy strolled past Northside Christian Academy when the teams last played back in February of 2023 by a score of 34-20. The rematch might be a little tougher for Palmetto Christian Academy since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
