Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Germantown). They blew past the Brown Deer Falcons 106-54 on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Warhawks sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Germantown pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 84.9 points per game. As for Brown Deer, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Germantown will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Brookfield Central at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Brown Deer, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Wauwatosa East at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Wauwatosa East knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Brown Deer likes a good challenge.
