Cornerstone Christian put the finishing touches on their seventh blowout victory of the season  on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by  a  12-5 margin over the Loma Linda Academy Roadrunners. The  victory was a breath of fresh air for Cornerstone Christian as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
  Jazlynn Rader made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out 14 batters over  seven innings while giving up just two earned  (and three unearned) runs off   three  hits. Rader was also big at the plate,  scoring three  runs and  stealing four bases while going 2-for-3. She hasn't dropped below two  stolen bases for three straight games.
 In other batting news, Cornerstone Christian let  Peyton Malatka and  Sophia Alexander loose on the outfield. Malatka  went 2-for-4 with three  RBI and a  double, while  Alexander  scored a  run and  stole three bases. Another player making a difference was  Sonoma Miller, who  scored two  runs and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in two of her four plate appearances.
 Cornerstone Christian now  has a winning record of 9-8. As for Loma Linda Academy, their defeat  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 12-1.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cornerstone Christian will take on Calvary Baptist at 3:15  p.m.  on Thursday. Cornerstone Christian is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 14.4  runs per game  this season. As for Loma Linda Academy, they will be playing at home against River Springs Charter School Magnolia at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
