Orland has gone 8-2 against Oroville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Orland Trojans will square off against the Oroville Tigers at 7:30 p.m. Orland is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 59.8 points per game this season.

Orland is headed into the contest having just posted their biggest victory since January 9th on Friday. They really took it to Live Oak for the full four quarters, racking up a 62-33 win. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Trojans had established a 25 point advantage.

Orland's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Preston Carlson, who went 9 for 15 on his way to 20 points in addition to five boards and four steals. Jayden Thompson was another key player, putting up seven points along with eight assists and seven rebounds.

Orland smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in seven consecutive matches.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Oroville faced off against Corning on Friday. Oroville took a 53-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of Corning. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Cardinals: they've now lost five in a row.

Orland's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 17-7. As for Oroville, their loss dropped their record down to 7-15.

Orland didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Oroville in their previous matchup back in January, but they still walked away with a 68-63 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Orland since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
