Pace is a perfect 10-0 against Tate since April of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Patriots will welcome the Aggies at 6:30 p.m. Pace is coming into the contest hot, having won their last six games.
Pace is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Their pitcher stepped up to hand Jay a 17-0 shutout on Monday. Considering the Patriots have won eight games by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.
Hannah DeMarcus looked comfortable as she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out nine over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than nine strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Britten Kettler, who fired off two home runs, six RBI, and four runs while going 3-for-3. Those four runs gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Haley Olivet, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and two doubles.
Pace always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .667. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive matchups.
Jay hit Tate with a four-run fifth inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Aggies fell just short of the Royals by a score of 8-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Aggies have suffered since May 8, 2025.
Tate dropped their record down to 7-8 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. Even worse, they were so close so many times: the losses came by an average of only 1.33 runs. As for Pace, their victory bumped their record up to 14-1.
Pace beat Tate 3-0 in their previous matchup back in April of 2025. Will the Patriots repeat their success, or do the Aggies have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
