Parkland has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will face off against the Easton Area Rovers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Parkland is not getting complacent, as they presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Easton Area in Pennsylvania (Parkland is ranked 18th, while Easton Area is ranked 400th).
Parkland posted their biggest win since December 6, 2023 on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 69-43 margin over Pleasant Valley.
Meanwhile, Easton Area's three-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They walked away with a 43-31 win over Bethlehem Catholic.
Easton Area's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ryan Cornish, who scored 14 points. Jeremy Henry was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Parkland is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. Easton Area's record is now 5-9.
Parkland took their victory against Easton Area in their previous matchup back in January of 2023 by a conclusive 66-44. Will Parkland repeat their success, or does Easton Area have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
