King White had another great game (as he tends to do), throwing for 395 yards and four touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, and also rushing for 70 yards on only nine carries. That's the most passing yards he has posted since back in September of 2024. Lawson Branson was another key player, picking up 171 receiving yards and a pair of scores.
Germantown didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Starkville to a completion percentage of just 43.8%. Given White's standout performance, it's clear the Yellowjackets' secondary just wasn't on the same level.
