Having just played yesterday, the Skyline Prep Bengals will head out on the road to face off against the Premier Prep- PHHoenix Fire at 5:30 p.m. on February 6th. Skyline Prep is coming into the game on a five-game losing streak.
On Monday, Skyline Prep had to suffer through a rough 78-30 loss at the hands of the Wolves. While losing is never fun, Skyline Prep can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 211th, while the Wolves are ranked ninth).
Premier Prep- PHHoenix can finally bid farewell to their seven-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They came out on top against East Valley Athletes for Christ by a score of 57-49.
Skyline Prep has been struggling recently as they've lost 13 of their last 14 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-19 record this season. As for Premier Prep- PHHoenix, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-21.
Skyline Prep took a serious blow against the Fire in their previous meeting back in January, falling 71-38. Can Skyline Prep avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
