Salado waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with ten straight wins... but they left with 11. They put the hurt on the Marble Falls Mustangs with a sharp 15-2 win. Considering the Eagles have won 13 games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Salado pushed their record up to 21-4 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Marble Falls, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-14.

Looking ahead, Salado will square off against Grandview at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Marble Falls, they will challenge Burnet at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
