Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Tiverton). They put the hurt on the Times Squared Academy Eagles with a sharp  17-0 victory on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won nine matches by ten  runs or more  so far this season.
 Liliana Luis made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching three innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in six consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-3 with four  RBI, two  runs,  and one  triple. Those  four  RBI gave  her a new career-high.
 In other batting news,  Brooke Sowa and  Sadie Pickering did most of the damage at the plate:  Sowa  went 2-for-4 with three  RBI, one  run,  and one  double, while  Pickering  went a perfect 1-for-1 with three  RBI, one  run,  and one  double. Those  three  RBI gave  Sowa a new career-high.  Jersey-Ann Hastie also deserves some recognition as  she  snagged her first  stolen bases of the season.
 Tiverton  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .800. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an  OBP of .536 or higher in four consecutive  contests.
Tiverton's win was  their sixth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 12-0. As for Times Squared Academy,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-7.
