Gateway took down Denver East 41-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
The Olympians led 5A Aurora in scoring this week after putting up 41 points on the Angels.
Rangeview's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Darien Odegard threw for 79 yards and Trevon Nubine had 39 yards receiving. On the ground Armon Brown chipped in 142 yards. Areleous Hughes helped Rangeview's passing attack out by catching two balls for 20 yards.
The Raiders' Odegard and Hughes have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Odegard has thrown for 688 yards this season, while Hughes, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 12 catches for 272 yards. Aurora Central's Jeffery Tootle leads the league in rushing yards with 488.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Rangeview takes on Hinkley. David Gonzales's team is in second place, while the Thunderbirds are in third place.
The Trojans made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 11,981 from 12,333. The advance stemmed from a 36-12 victory over Aurora Central last week.
