While Narrows's win against Giles wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Green Waves narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Spartans 9-7. The win continues a trend for the Green Waves in their matchups with the Spartans: they've now won six in a row.

Narrows' victory bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Giles, they dropped their record down to 4-10-1 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.
