Grafton was the 3-1 winner over Kettle Moraine Lutheran when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Black Hawks fell just short of the Chargers by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Black Hawks' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Kettle Moraine Lutheran was led to victory by Kathryn Ehlke and Samantha Peterson. Ehlke had 13 digs and four assists, while Peterson had six digs and three aces.

Grafton's loss dropped their record down to 24-10. As for Kettle Moraine Lutheran, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-17.

Looking ahead, Grafton will welcome Cudahy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kettle Moraine Lutheran, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Franklin on the 18th.
