Armorel lost to Buffalo Island Central back in March of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. Everything went the Armorel Tigers' way against the Buffalo Island Central Mustangs as the Armorel Tigers made off with a 15-5 victory. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won four matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Armorel and bumps their season record up to 6-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games. As for Buffalo Island Central, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 3-3.

Coming up, Armorel will host Marked Tree at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. This will be Armorel's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Buffalo Island Central, they are taking a road trip to challenge Bay at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bay has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.4 runs per game on average), something Buffalo Island Central will no doubt try to take advantage of.
