Twin Valley was led to victory by Noah Dornbrgh and Brayden Brown. Dornbrgh scored 21 points along with six rebounds and three steals, while Brown scored 24 points along with seven assists and seven steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which Brown has scored at least 25% of Twin Valley's points. Another player making a difference was Brian Sullivan, who scored two points along with eight rebounds.
Poultney's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Twin Valley, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Poultney will finish 2023 at home by hosting West Rutland at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in West Rutland's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season.
