The East Panthers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They fell to South Park 64-59. East has struggled against South Park recently, as their match on Tuesday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Despite the loss, East still got an impressive performance from Antoine Williams, who scored 14 points. Those 14 points set a new season-high mark for Williams. Mysean Morrison was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with six rebounds.
East's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for South Park, their victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 1-0.
East will take on Lewis J. Bennett at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Lewis J. Bennett focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 28 on Saturday. As for South Park, they will head out on the road to face off against Nichols at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
