When it comes to explaining why Allen lost, one person who can't be blamed is Amir Mcdowell. Despite the final result, he rushed for 91 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Caleb Smith, who rushed for 73 yards and a touchdown on only six carries.

North Crowley will square off against Duncanville at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
