Madden Brabec Delivers Best Performance of Season
Madden Brabec produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Wood River to the win on Friday. Brabec rushed for 119 yards and a touchdown on only six carries, and also threw for 105 yards and three touchdowns. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 85-yard run.
The victory (which was Wood River's fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-1. Brabec's next contest is against Doniphan-Trumbull on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid effort.
