After flying high against Phoenix College Prep last Thursday, the Sequoia Charter Stallions came back down to earth. Sequoia Charter took a hard 58-42 fall against Alta Vista Charter on Monday.
Despite the loss, Sequoia Charter still got an impressive performance from Asher Roehl, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 19 rebounds. That was a full 52.4% of Sequoia Charter's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Sequoia Charter has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season. As for Alta Vista Charter, their victory bumped their record up to 6-9.
Sequoia Charter does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Alta Vista Charter also has no future games currently scheduled.
