The Mansfield Timberview Wolves had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Centennial 44-41. Given Mansfield Timberview's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 62nd, while Centennial is ranked 1027th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
