Miley Allen posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. As a matter of fact, she produced her best game of the campaign: she struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up five earned runs off five hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Allen and Logan will face off against West Field at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West Field will enter the matchup having just beaten Syracuse, so Logan will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
