The Terre Haute South Vigo Braves's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their seventh straight loss. They took a serious blow against North Central, falling 64-26.
North Central got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jalyn Davidson out in front who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten assists. That makes it three consecutive games in which Davidson has scored at least 25% of North Central's points. Another player making a difference was Shelby Seay, who scored 14 points along with seven assists and five steals.
Terre Haute South Vigo's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for North Central, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Altamont the next time they take the court. Terre Haute South Vigo will head out to face Altamont at TBD on Thursday, while North Central will head out to face them at TBD on Thursday.
