Bellevue might be getting used to good results now that the team has eight wins in a row. They put a hurting on Northeast to the tune of 49-12. The lopsided score is just par for the course this season for Bellevue, who can brag about seven blowout wins.
Meanwhile, Cascade came into their this week averaging 35.71 points per game, but Cascade fell well short of that average, and it cost them. They took a hard 6-26 fall against West Branch. Cascade's loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
Bellevue's win lifted them to 8-0 while Cascade's defeat dropped them down to 5-3. We'll see if Bellevue's success rolls on or if Cascade are able to steal their positive momentum.
