The Morehead Panthers will be playing at home against the Dudley Panthers at 7:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Morehead is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

  Carson Moore made a splash while hitting and pitching. He  tossed six innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   six  hits. Moore has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive pitching appearances. Moore was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-3.
 In other batting news,  Anderson Nance was  incredible,  scoring three  runs while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Zachary Grogan, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Meanwhile, Dudley can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent  matchup  on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Southern Guilford as Dudley made off with  a  12-2 win.
  Carlos Hernandez tossed a big game,   pitching five innings while giving up just two earned runs off   seven  hits.
 At the plate,  Antonio Lee Jr. was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with three  runs, four  RBI,  and two  doubles.  Derrick Johnson was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-2.
 Morehead pushed their record up to 19-0 with that  victory, which was their tenth straight  at home. As for Dudley, their win bumped their record up to 7-9.
 The batters for both teams will have to hit smart  on Wednesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Morehead has been retiring batters left and right this season,  having  averaged 10.5  strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Dudley struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 6.7. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
