Dunkerton had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. On Friday, they won a game that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by Easton Valley 42-41. This was the first game for both teams, giving Dunkerton a 1-0 record and starting Easton Valley off at 0-1.
Next week, Dunkerton take on Midland at 7:00 PM. Keep an eye on the score for this one : both teams put up some lofty point totals in their previous games, so things might heat up even more when they meet up. As for Easton Valley, they will face of against Janesville.
