Kweller was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-2 with one  run, one  double,  and one  RBI.
 In other pitching news,  Parker Terrell looked comfortable as he  kept things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out six over four innings pitched.
 Back at the plate,  Ben Tanton was  incredible,  getting on base  in all six of his plate appearances with one  home run, four  runs,  and two  stolen bases. That  home run marked the first that  he has  launched this season. Another player making a difference was  Canyon Kalina, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with four  RBI and one  run.
 Vestal  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .600. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
The  win made it two in a row for Vestal and  bumps their season record up to 4-2. Those  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 0  runs in those games. As for Binghamton,  they are  on  a  22-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.
Vestal will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Patriots: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 11:00  a.m.  on Friday.
