Porum never let their opponents score on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Haworth Lions as they made off with a 10-0 win. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten contests by six runs or more this season.

C Franklin made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out nine over four innings pitched. Franklin was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on M Tripp, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two triples, three runs, and four RBI. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. L Johnson was another key player, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

The victory made it two in a row for Porum and bumps their season record up to 17-5. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.5 runs over those games. As for Haworth, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.

Porum will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Lions: the pair will be back at it again later today.
