Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sturgeon). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Community Trojans 70-24. The win was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on three straight.

Sturgeon's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Community, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-8.

Sturgeon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 70-55 defeat against Pilot Grove on the 19th. As for Community, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Madison at 7:30 p.m. on January 14, 2025.
