Northridge gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They secured a 57-53 W over the Kearns Cougars. This was payback for the Knights, who suffered a 73-69 loss the last time these two teams met.

Northridge smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 20 offensive rebounds. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Kearns only pulled down four.
