Volleyball Recap: Wolfson Takes Down Episcopal School of Jacksonville in a Playoff Battle

With a playoff win on the line, Wolfson rose to the challenge on Thursday. They blew past the Episcopal School of Jacksonville Eagles 3-0. The victory was familiar territory for the Wolfpack, who have now won seven contests in a row.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-21, 25-20.

Wolfson found their leader in freshman Carter Rowell, who had 13 digs, three aces, and one block. Rowell is also crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 24 every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Monica Mina, who had 19 digs and two assists.

Despite the loss, Episcopal School of Jacksonville still got an impressive performance from Lacey Reed, who had 12 digs and two assists.

Wolfson's win bumped their record up to 18-1. As for Episcopal School of Jacksonville, their loss dropped their record down to 14-11.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Wolfson will square off against Bolles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Episcopal School of Jacksonville, they will challenge Florida State University High School at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
