Perhaps the best among them was Kamari Deriso, who scored 7 points along with 9 rebounds and 6 blocks. Deriso scored a full 31.8% of Furlow Charter School's points, the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Braylon Smothers, who scored 5 points.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Crawford County to victory, but perhaps none more so than Tyler Smith, who scored 12 points. The matchup was Smith's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mareo Slaton, who scored 15 points along with 5 rebounds.
Furlow Charter School bumped their record down to 0-4 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 27.5 points per game. As for Crawford County, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
