This season hasn't been kind to the Churchill Chargers, who are still winless after their fifth matchup. They ended up on the wrong side of a  rough 71-49 walloping at the hands of Seaholm on Friday.
 Despite the  loss, Churchill saw an underclassman step up:  Diego Cantu  scored 13 points. Those 13 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was  Jayden Fergin, who  scored seven points.
 Churchill's loss was  their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which  bumped their record down to 0-5. As for Seaholm, their victory bumped their record up to 2-5.
 Churchill's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Wayne Memorial at 7:00  p.m.  on December 21st. As for Seaholm, they will head out on the road to face off against Southfield Arts & Tech at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Southfield Arts & Tech is coming into the  contest on a three-game losing streak.
