They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 36-10 walloping at the hands of New York School for the Deaf. Lexington School for the Deaf was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 23-0.
Eliana Mera was Lexington School for the Deaf's leading scorer, having posted five points.
Leading New York School for the Deaf to victory were Mia Garcia and Crystal Pon. Garcia scored ten points along with eight rebounds and four steals, while Pon scored 13 points along with four steals and four blocks. Garcia hasn't dropped below two steals for six straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Fatoumata Seibou, who scored five points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Lexington School for the Deaf dropped their record down to 1-10 with that loss, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for New York School for the Deaf, their victory bumped their record up to 8-4.
