Bloomington North came into Tuesday's matchup looking for another win against Bloomington South, but Harper Rahn wouldn't allow it. The Panthers blew past the Cougars 3-0 on Tuesday thanks in part to Rahn, who had 16 assists and six digs. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 12.1 assists per game.

Bloomington South was especially dominant in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-20, 25-15.

Bloomington North's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Jenna Newby, who had 17 assists and three digs, and Ally O'Guinn, who had eight digs. Newby is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 15 every time she's taken the court this season.

Bloomington South's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-3. As for Bloomington North, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Bloomington South didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Warren Central on the 17th. As for Bloomington North, they will be playing at home against Seymour at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
