Eden Christian Academy lost to Bishop Canevin last Monday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. Eden Christian Academy put the hurt on Bishop Canevin with a sharp 8-2 victory. Eden Christian Academy might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by six runs or more this season.

Brady Hull made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out eight over four innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most hits he has posted since back in June of 2024.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Brett Feldman, who scored three runs and stole four bases while getting on base in two of his five plate appearances. He has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last six times he's played. Another player making a difference was Noah Emswiler, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-5.

Eden Christian Academy's record is now 7-2. As for Bishop Canevin, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 5-3.

Looking ahead, Eden Christian Academy will welcome Sewickley Academy at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Bishop Canevin, they will head out on the road to square off against DuBois Central Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
