The Charlotte Elite Academy Soldiers can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent contest on Wednesday. They took their matchup at home with ease, bagging a 86-57 victory over Comenius. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Charlotte Elite Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jordan King out in front who scored 23 points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points King has scored all season. Jalyn Connor was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with six assists and six rebounds.
Charlotte Elite Academy is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. As for Comenius, they bumped their record down to 9-14 with that defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Charlotte Elite Academy will take on Winston-Salem Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Comenius, they will be playing at home against Franklin Prep Academy National at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
