Jasper not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since August 21st (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Chelsea Hornets with a sharp 3-0 victory. This was payback for the Vikings, who suffered a 2-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

While Jasper won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-22, 25-20.

Lilly Waldrop paced Jasper's offense, picking up nine kills. Waldrop got some help from Emma Rigsby and her 21 assists. Mia Harbin controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Jasper's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Chelsea, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

Jasper wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Ramsay on the 2nd. As for Chelsea, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Calera on the 2nd.
