Withrow had to endure a seven-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. In a tight match that could have gone either way, they made off with a 49-48 win over the Goshen Warriors. The Tigers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Withrow's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Goshen, they moved to 5-3 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

Withrow has already played their next contest, a 74-71 win against Scott on the 22nd. As for Goshen, they will finish 2024 at home by hosting West Clermont at 7:15 p.m. on December 28th.
